About Us

Kimberly Binder is a graduate of St. Clair College’s accredited Paralegal program. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Windsor and is licensed with the Law Society of Upper Canada. She is also a Commissioner for taking affidavits.

Her vast experience working with the public allows her to assess individuals and give them honest feedback, and candid legal advice. She is comfortable working with all people in the community, and because of this is able to anticipate problems that may arise between individuals and resolve conflicts and mediate successfully with individuals. She has a proven track record in getting issues resolved and settling before going to court. She believes that legal services should be accessible and affordable to all and believes in putting the client first and providing excellent customer service to her clients.
